Gas Forge Supplies

LAMA now has the following gas forge building, or repairing, supplies available to our members that allows them to purchase the small amounts needed instead of having to purchase their supplies in bulk. • Inswool Ceramic blanket used for lining for forges: sold by the square foot

• Rigidizer: Apply to Inswool before the refractory to stiffen it and lock the fibers together, sold in powdered form to be mixed with water

• Mizzou: Refractory used to make ribbon burners, it can also be used to coat Inswool, 5lb bags

• Green cast 94: used to coat Inswool, better insulating qualities than Mizzou, 5lb bags

• Fire bricks: sold individually

• Scale brushes
